Back to main page I cant believe
how much damage sugar has done to my body for over 20+ year . Knowing how
bad sugar is has really prompted me take big positive change in limiting
the intake of sugar to the extreme minimal. I have been suffering gum
problem since the beginning of 2006 and I now know what should I do to
resolve the problem for good. I have 2 persons to thank to for such
valuable information. 1st is

Update ( Feb 07): Here is how I kick the
sugar habit , Whenever I found myself craving for sweet or cake, I would
bite an apple or fruit to reduce the craving. Reading and understanding
how bad refined sugar has also helped me combat the emotional resistance
to making the change. After a couple of weeks of complete abstinence from
refined sugar and sugary products . I can confidently declare that i'm no
longer addicted to sugary product . When somebody came and offered me a
candy and sugar loaded cake. I would just say " No thanks" without any
sense of guilt. This wouldn't have happened few months ago.
Last year, My family has had
nightmare adjusting to my shortlived vegan diet, right now they are going
struggle even more with my sugar free life . HAHA
