400 years ago in Italy , there was a man by the name Luigi Cornaro at the
age of 35 who was sick, frail and almost dying. On the advice of this
doctor , he began what man known as the first recorded calories
restriction diet . A diet that not only cured his illness but also made
him lived another 77 productive and energetic years ( total 102 years ).
He reduced his solid food to 12 ounces serving twice a day. In addition to
the solid food was pure grape juices , 14 ounces serving twice daily. His
meal consists of egg, panado, a type of vegetable soup with tomato, alittle
bit of meat, bread and of course grape juices.
( Note A : Grape is rich
Resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant,
anti aging compound and a tumor killer that promotes
cancerous cell apoptosis )
( Note B : egg is a super nutrient dense food that contains essential
amino acid, vitamins and mineral that's extremely vital for optimal human
heath )
( Note C : Vegetables & tomatoes are rich in anti oxidant, minerals,
phytochemicals, fiber, vitamin C )
He passed away in the most ideal and peaceful
situation at the age of 102 . Are you ready to challenge the goal (a game)
of becoming centenarian ? I know I'm "sorta" ready :D
